Nice. Winter I usually put this spice mix in my tea. Dried ginger, black pepper, cinnamon but I add liqorice/mulethi as well. I powder them myself. As for pickle I make lemon salt pickle and to a small portion I add dried bitter ginger powder, ajwain powder, roasted jeera powder, black salt & good amount of asafoetida. Helps in indigestion & tastes awesome too. Preserves for years. The last salted lemon pickle my granny made lasted for 25 years.
